The downstairs flows effortlessly together. Through a stone-built porch you enter the cottage into the dining room which flows through into the living room with its large comfortable sofa, a perfect area to relax in after a day out and about.

This minimalist aesthetic promotes a sense of calm and helps to create an unobtrusive backdrop, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in either a good book or a glass of wine and a chat while enjoying the stunning view of Mellfell.

The cottage features a well-equipped kitchen where you can unleash your culinary creativity or if you fancy a more relaxing stay throw in the oven a premade meal or even easier bring back a takeaway. There are lots of good ones close by.

SLEEPING + BATHING

Retreat to the tranquillity of the beautifully appointed king size downstairs bedroom and en-suite bathroom with shower. Open the blinds in the morning to the beautiful view of Mellfell and the sound of birdsong.

After a day exploring the lakes enjoy a relaxing bath complete with the complimentary bath salts and toiletries.

Serene Retreat for Humans Only. We want to ensure a peaceful and relaxing experience for all of our guests, which is why our cottage is not pet-friendly. We understand the deep bond between humans and their beloved pets, but we have made this decision to maintain a tranquil environment for those who may have allergies or prefer a pet-free getaway.
